CAMPSITE RELEASE 
3/6/2025 @ 9 am MST (11am EST)
ONSITE CAMPING - $375 ($475 for sites with sewer hookups). Limited to one per family. Most spots will be 50 amp, except Gold, Gray, Forest Green, & Black are 30 amp. All sites have access to water and 2 sewer pump outs.
OFFSITE CAMPING - $200 (COTTONWOOD FLATS,
702 W Warner St, Guthrie, OK 73044)

If you do not get a hookup, contact the National office ASAP at 719-389-0333 to get put on a wait list or purchase offsite camping.


STALL RELEASE
4/24/25 @ 9am MST (11am EST)

Pricing for stalls: Permanent- $240, Panels - $240, Outside Temporary Stalls/Open Top Stalls $240 and Temporary Stalls (Inside Rows) $215. 
All stalls are covered

ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY / NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED (NO EXCEPTIONS)

ENTRY FEES - $100 per event
($60 goes into jackpot) 
STOCK FEES (in addition to entry fees) - Goats $5, Cattle $15,
Jr Rough stock Steers $25,
 Bulls $40, Sr Rough stock $40
Security, Activity, and NLBRA fee 
(in addition to entry fees) - $50 per contestant


TEAM EVENTS - ONE PARTNER ENTERS FOR BOTH AND PAYS ENTRY FEE FOR BOTH.
IF YOUR PARTNER ENTERS YOU AND THAT IS THE ONLY EVENT YOU ARE IN,
CALL THE NATIONAL OFFICE AT 719-389-0333 TO PAY YOUR CONTESTANT FEES OF $50
 TO BE ELIGIBLE.

DRAW PARTNERS - IF YOU NEED A PARTNER, FILL OUT PAPER ENTRY FORM FOR THAT EVENT TO
ENTER THE DRAW. PUT NEED A PARTNER WHERE IT REQUESTS PARTNER NAME.
EMAIL IT AND CALL TO MAKE PAYMENT PRIOR TO 4 PM ON JUNE 7th

SHARING A HORSE - SEND AN EMAIL TO THE FINALS SECRETARY AT FAYE@NLBRA.COM. SHE WILL DO HER BEST TO AVOID CONFLICTS, BUT THEY ARE NOT GAURANTEED

EXTRA ITEMS FORM - DUE BY 4 PM JUNE 7, 2024.
IT INCLUDES ADMISSION PASSES, HELPERS PASSES, PROGRAMS/DAYSHEETS



HORSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Recommendation - Keep a copy of all items below in a folder just for check in. Have a separate set for your vehicle. This will help with check in if you aren't gathering papers.
Vaccinations - FDA approved EHV (Rhino) & Influenza not less than 14 days & not more than 60 days prior to date of entry / Must be administered between April 30 - June 14, 2024 
Health Certificate - Health certificate issued within 7 days prior to date of entry / June 21, 2025 or after will work for everyone
Coggins - Current coggins within 12 months prior to date of entry
Horse Check-in Form(found below) - print & complete one for each horse 


Check in June 28, 2025 by 3 pm
Early arrival is available on 6/26& 27. Early check in fees are $25/camp per night & $20/stall per night
Arrangements can be made in advance by contacting the national office at 719-389-0333 beginning in April.

FINALS CAMPSITE DEPOSITS FOR 2026 will not be taken. These will be handled by the OKC facility.
